Thames-Coromandel Operative District Plan 2010
Overview
The Thames-Coromandel Operative District Plan became operative by Council resolution on 30 April 2010. The Thames-Coromandel Operative District Plan 2010 is still operative but only applies to activities in an area at Wainui-o-Toto Bay New Chums Beach, where proposed new provisions under the Operative in Part District Plan 2024 are still under appeal. Once this last remaining appeal has been resolved, the Council can then make that District Plan fully operative, and the Thames-Coromandel Operative District Plan 2010 will cease to apply.
