Purpose of the Planning and Regulatory Committee

The purpose of the Planning and Regulatory Committee (the Committee) is to assist and advise the Governing Body in discharging its responsibility and ownership of governance, risk management and internal control.

Terms of Reference

The Planning and Regulatory Committee Terms of Reference sets out the scope and notes the Committee is responsible for the review and effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control matters, external reporting, and audit matters.
