Rates

Rates are what keeps the Coromandel operating - rates pay for most of the facilities and services that we provide on behalf of the district.

Our rates instalment dates are 15 October, 15 February and 15 May. We send out the rates notices in September, January and April. This is to avoid a rates bill just before Christmas.

You can opt to receive your rates notices by email. Send your written request to customer.services@tcdc.govt.nz. The request must include your assessment number, property address and the email address you would like registered for email notifications.
