Apply for Health Licence

To register your Camping Ground or Funeral Parlour you'll need to make sure you complete our health registration form and submit it to Council along with the applicable application fee.

The Health (Hairdressers) Regulations 1980 have been revoked therefore Hairdressers are no longer required to register their premises.

Completed forms can be posted or dropped off at one of our Council offices or emailed into us at customer.services@tcdc.govt.nz. We'll be in touch once we've had a chance to review your application.
