Take notice that Thames-Coromandel District Council and Waikato Regional Council (Councils) intend to exercise their statutory powers under s77 of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 to apply to the District Court at Thames not sooner that one month after the date of this notice for orders declaring the land at 17 St Andrews Drive, Pāuanui, contained in Record of Title Sa70C/452, South Auckland (Land) is abandoned and authorising the Councils to sell or lease the Land.
The Record of Title shows the registered proprietors of the Land is ORCS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED which was removed from the Compaines Register on 17 May 2017. Anyone having an interest in the Land or any information that is relevant to the proposed application by the Councils, please contact the Councils' solicitors Cavell Leitch Attention: Sam Cowan.
