Swimming, fishing and shellfish collection in the Moana Anuanu estuary can resume following clean-up of recent contamination.
A warning about no swimming, fishing or shellfish gathering around the Whangarahi Stream is in place following an overflow of treated wastewater on 9 July. Following the clean-up, environmental monitoring is still in progress.
