Agendas, Reports and Minutes
All Council meetings, Community Board and Standing Committee meetings are formal meetings and held in keeping with our standing orders.
Copies of agendas, reports and minutes are available online on this page or at Council offices by request, two days before the meeting.
Order papers and minutes from Council, Community Board and Standing Committee meetings held from 2020 onwards are in the "Resolve" widget immediately below. For order papers and minutes from earlier meetings, you can request from Council.
All meeting dates and locations are publicly notified before the date of the meeting.

Members of the public and media are welcome to attend the public part of any Council, Community Board or standing committee meeting. If there is a report you wish to speak to, you may do so in the public forum of the meeting. See our Meeting Rules and Etiquette section for more information.
