We've completed the repair of the treated wastewater pipe from the Whangamatā Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Forest Irrigation Pond. We're continuing the clean-up and are sampling to monitor any contamination in Moanaanuanu Estuary. Until further notice, please maintain the ban on swimming, fishing and shellfish collection in the estuary.
