    The Audit Committee Meeting has been switched back to the Council Chambers in Thames from the Bowling Club. Starts at 9am, Monday 25 May.

  • Weather Warning

    We have a weather warning out, Metservice advise the rain will be wide spread and there is potential for significant localised rain in places across the North Island. Don't forget to check your drains for blockages and leaves.

  • Water restrictions

    Omahu has a sprinkler ban and Matatoki has a hose and sprinkler ban. Tairua's restrictions have now been lifted.

  • Road Closure - Bluff Road

    Bluff Road, (link road between Kuaotunu and Matarangi) is closed until further notice. An overhanging bluff about 350 meters from the Matarangi end of the road has become a high safety risk for vehicles and pedestrians.
