Operating under Level Two restrictions

All bookings must adhere to the following:

  • Contact tracing documentation must be completed and retained for at least two months
  • Appropriate social distancing must be observed
  • Hirers must not enter staff only areas
  • Hirers will provide their own hand sanitiser for use during their booking and will disinfect touch points upon exit e.g. door handles
  • The kitchen facilities are not available for use.
  • The organiser of the booking is responsible for ensuring that Level Two restrictions are followed.

Please note that if your booking has a physical element  to it or requires management of more than 10 people you will need to provide Council with a plan of how your booking will operate under Level Two restrictions before you will be given approval  to go ahead.
