Public Notice of Intention to Sell Abandoned Land

Take notice  that Thames-Coromandel District Council and Waikato Regional Council (Councils) intend to exercise their statutory powers under s77 of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 to apply to the District Court at Thames, not sooner than one month after the date of this notice, for orders declaring the land at Unit G3, 8 The Esplanade, Whitianga contained in Record of Title 320081 (South Auckland Registry) (Land) is abandoned and authorising the Councils to sell or lease the Land.

The Record of Title shows the registered proprietor of the Land as FIRST LIGHT HOLDINGS LIMITED which was removed from the Companies Register on 6 August 2010. Public Notice of Intention to Sell Abandoned Land

Take notice that Thames-Coromandel District Council and Waikato Regional Council (Councils) intend to exercise their statutory powers under s77 of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 to apply to the District Court at Thames not sooner that one month after the date of this notice for orders declaring the land at 17 St Andrews Drive, Pāuanui, contained in Record of Title Sa70C/452, South Auckland (Land) is abandoned and authorising the Councils to sell or lease the Land.

The Record of Title shows the registered proprietors of the Land is ORCS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED which was removed from the Compaines Register on 17 May 2017. Public Notice of Intention to Sell Abandoned Land

Take notice that Thames-Coromandel District Council and Waikato Regional Council (“Councils”) intend to apply to the District Court at Thames, not sooner that one month after the date of this notice, for orders declaring the land at 227 Wharepoa Road, Hukutaia, contained in Record of Title SA170/14, South Auckland Registry (“Land”) is abandoned and authorising the Councils to sell or lease the Land.

The Record of Title shows the registered proprietors of the Land as the late OLIVER JOHN CRYER and the late WILLIAM HENRY GILBERT CRYER.
