Appropriate social distancing must be observed Hirers must not enter staff only areas Hirers will provide their own hand sanitiser for use during their booking and will disinfect touch points upon exit e.g. door handles The organiser of the booking is responsible for ensuring that Level Two restrictions are followed Please note that if your booking has a physical element to it or requires managment of more than 10 people you will need to provide Council with a plan of how your booking will operate under Level Two restrictions before you will be given approval to go ahead. Auditorium - 294. Supper room - 78 (fire safety wardens are required for bookings which will have more than 300 people) Tiered seating for 193 is available in the Auditorium only. Tables and chairs to seat approximately 200 people is also available. Events with amplified music are subject to specific noise control conditions. Full kitchen facilities available (oven, dishwasher etc.) *Note that these facilities are not available under Level Two There is a large car park adjacent to the hall.
