The Thames-Coromandel District Council has received an application for Resource Consent as listed below:

TYPE OF CONSENT: Subdivision Consent


Stage 1 - The subdivision of Lot 3 DP 422974 and Lot 4 DP 398943 and part Lot 2 DP 363052 with a total area of 14.1hectares into 7 lots creating five residential lots, one larger rural residential lot and one small utility lot, and associated earthworks and road upgrade.

A new access is to be provided off Orchard Road traversing Lot 3 DPS 29828 and Lot 1 DPS 89665, and Proposed Lot 6.

Stage 2 - The subdivision of Lot 3 DPS 29828 to create one additional lot, which is a coastal lot located off Orchard Road with an area of 1.62 hectares.

Access to this lot will be via the new access off Orchard Road, then through the balance lot Proposed Lot 13.
