We offer the following social media accounts, which are managed by our Communications team:

For emergency tweets, we recommend subscribing to this service on your cellphone as well so we can contact you in an emergency. Txt "follow tc_dc" to 8987 (we'll only tweet urgent messages).


Availability

We update and monitor our accounts Monday to Friday and will try and respond to your enquiries and join in on the conversation when possible.

The Communications Team reads all @replies and Direct Messages and ensures that any emerging themes or helpful suggestions are passed to the relevant people here.

We won’t comment on political issues or get involved in debates.
