All Council meetings, Community Board and Standing Committee meetings are formal meetings and held in keeping with our standing orders.

Copies of agendas, reports and minutes are available online or at Council offices, two days before the meeting.

All meeting dates and locations are publicly notified before the date of the meeting. 

Members of the public and media are welcome to attend the public part of the meeting. If there is a report you wish to speak to, you may do so in the public forum of the meeting. See our Public Participation at Meetings section for more information.
