Like most New Zealanders, residents of the Coromandel Peninsula love their sport.

We have plenty of sports fields and facilities for most codes, including rugby, netball and cricket.

Sports Waikato

We also contribute funding to Sports Waikato, which have a role to get and keep the communities active. They run programmes like Kiwi Sport and are a good place to start if you have any questions about sport in the Coromandel.
