The Code of Conduct (“the Code”) sets out the standards of behaviour expected from individual elected members in the exercise of their duties. It commits the members to ethical, businesslike and lawful conduct, including proper use of authority and appropriate decorum when acting as Council members or representing the position of the Thames-Coromandel District Council.
