In 1959, when I was three years old, my family bought an empty section at Cooks Beach and started to build a bach. My earliest recollections are of 'helping' and of subsequent visits in weekends and school holidays. I fell in love with the place then, and never doubted I would eventually end up living here permanently. Currently, my wife Lesley and I operate a home and garden maintenance business from Ferry Landing. Over the years we have been privileged to experience many aspects of Peninsula life and fully appreciate the tremendous community passion for the place.
