You have the option of making your submission by downloading a copy of the submission form in PDF (Portable Document Format) format, or by e-mailing customer.services@tcdc.govt.nz. Alternatively, you can request a submission form from our Customer Service Centres.

When you are preparing your submission, please use a dark coloured pen and write as legibly as possible. This helps to ensure photocopies of your submission are easy to read. If you need to use extra pages, please use full size (A4) paper. Please include your name, address and contact number on each extra sheet of paper.
 

 

It is helpful to refer specifically to the Page, Section Titles and/or  heading numbers, used that you wish to comment on.

 

Please make your written comments as complete as possible and use the hearing time to highlight the most important aspects of your submission.
